Why I Made My Manga Less Japanese

This was very well worded. I live in San Antonio and one thing I always see people doing is celebrating Dia de los Muertos during Halloween when the two have nothing in common. Not to say it's wrong for people to celebrate it, but not understanding the significance and history behind it is the same thing people do with manga. It's better to research before diving right in, I've found. Thank you for explaining that!
